All Beach School Centennial Celebration Events Postponed Indefinitely

With a heavy heart we regret to inform you that the Beach School Centennial Celebration, as well as any future events, have been postponed. We hope to reschedule this momentous occasion at a later date and will keep you all informed. In the meantime, stay safe and stay healthy!
The 2019-2020 school year features a year-long celebration in recognition of Beach School's 100th year.
In 1920, the Lummi Island community built a rustic school house that became filled with exciting experiences for hundreds of alumni worldwide.
Mark your calendars and come to any or all of our special events to celebrate our dear school and connect with old friends.
“This is my roots and when we drive onto the Island which we do several times a year then all my cares are gone. Coming here is coming home and it’s an opportunity to spend time with my sisters and to see the old time Islanders who were our teachers and our Sunday school teachers. They just open up their arms like the kids have come home and that’s a wonderful feeling. There isn’t anyplace else that I get that feeling.”
